With a career commencing in 1980 as a fitter and machinist at GSK, Lindsay’s passion for engineering and people performance has seen involvement in the Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Utilities & Infrastructure industries encompassing trades, labour hire, and technical staffing for over 25 years. This has seen Lindsay involved particularly in outsourced maintenance, shutdowns / projects in Australia and New Zealand.

Lindsay has successfully tendered and managed major contracts with companies as ExxonMobil, Transfield Obayashi Joint Venture, Siemens, Toyota, Tenix Defence Systems, Newport Power Station outsourced maintenance, Bechtel’s LNG Commissioning project in QLD and various Water companies and Local Government Departments, with expertise in maintenance and project activities across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.

Lindsay has held management positions for outsourced services such as: the SECV privatisation of the Latrobe Valley-Yallourn Workshops, Skilled – Communications cable television roll-out and supply, and project and recruitment management for Victoria’s CFA Community Support Facilitators program. His expertise in transition and recruitment management has enabled Lindsay to successfully transition managed workforces for BlueScope Steel, Schweppes, and Australian Paper.

Shane Hunt

During Shane’s 20 year career working in the Labour Hire, Trades and Technical staffing sector, he has had involvement in business to business partnerships with organizations in the Manufacturing, Utilities, Mining and Oil & Gas sectors, providing workforce strategy and solutions. His staffing sector industry knowledge is supported by his practical Mechanical Fitting experience across these sectors.

Shane has led Projects encompassing recruitment, mobilisation, employee management and demobilisation of shutdown and operations teams in excess of 100 personnel (including Supervision, Trades and Rigging personnel ) in the Mining and Energy sectors. He has also led total and partial workforces (including Supervision, Trades and Semi-Skilled personnel), and Recruitment Projects for clients in Manufacturing, Construction and Mining.

Andrew Forbes
Manager SH&E Solutions

Andrew has 40 years of line management and advisory experience in Safety Health & Environment (SH&E). A former senior Fire Officer with MFB Melbourne, Andrew progressed to SHE disciplines in Oil and Gas, retrofit and greenfield, large civil construction projects and was Manager Major Hazards at WorkSafe Victoria, introducing the first MHF licensing program in the world.

Andrew holds tertiary qualifications in OHS and Management and is a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. Andrew specialises in Safety Management Systems, their development, integration, audit and maintenance.

Andrew is a logistics graduate with broad experience in managing outsourced maintenance and service delivery activities within the manufacturing, gas distribution, maritime, consumer products, paper and pulp, aluminium and steel making industry sectors.

A former senior Naval Officer, Andrew currently manages business improvement initiatives from both an operational and whole of business improvement perspective; assignments that include, but are not limited to, relationship management, new business bid development / production, project mobilisation / close-out, contract compliance planning and implementation and business review and improvement activities.
